Average Staffing and  Equipment: $100/hour

  • 30-minute setup
  • One Staff
  • One 4K or 1080p Camera
  • One RHODE boom microphone
  • One Teleprompter setup
  • Zoom Producer Login during the session
  • Recording delivered to the client immediately after the session.
  • For post-production editing, add $150/hour

Terms:

  • All rentals require a signed contract
  • 50% deposit. 50% due five days prior to rental.
  • Early start time fee: $75
  • If the studio, kitchen, or any area of the facility is not left in similar condition as the start of the rental, a cleaning fee of $200 may be applied.
  • Landlord shall provide one studio support staff during all rentals. Staff is not authorized to help in your production, but to facilitate any onsite questions or issues that may arise.
